Dear Bumblepuff, Indeed, one of the absolute worst attributes of the Hufflepuff House is, of course, the wretched color combination of black and yellow. However, there are ways to remedy this fashion disaster! First of all, be sure to throw in a neutral such as beige or white in order to avoid resembling an overgrown instect because of your limited color palette. Then, depending on your complexion, I would recommend constructing an outfit out of either yellow or black paired with your neutrals, utilizing the color not already in your outfit for your accessories.
